Halo ITSM Implementation Consultant
Location: Wrexham (On-site)
Duration: 2-3 Weeks Contract initially
Rate: £340 per day (Inside IR35)

We are seeking an experienced Halo ITSM Consultant to lead the implementation of HaloITSM for a major end client in North Wales.
This is a short-term, on-site engagement focused on delivering a successful initial setup and configuration of the Halo ITSM platform.
Key Responsibilities:
* Full initial setup and configuration of Halo ITSM
* Tenant configuration and system customisation
* Integration with existing systems
* Delivering basic user training and knowledge transfer
* Ensuring best practice implementation aligned with business needs
Required Experience:
* Proven experience implementing Halo ITSM (essential)
* Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
* Experience with system integrations
* Ability to work independently and deliver within tight timelines
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
