We’re currently seeking dedicated and experienced SEN Support Staff to join a welcoming and nurturing specialist setting in the Spilsby area.This is a well-established school that supports children and young people aged 2 to 19 with a wide range of complex learning needs, including autism, physical disabilities, communication difficulties, and profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD). The school takes a holistic approach to education, focusing on both academic and personal development, with a strong emphasis on communication, independence, and emotional wellbeing.About the Role:
* Supporting students with a variety of SEN, including personal care where necessary
* Working as part of a dedicated and friendly team to create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment
* Assisting with classroom activities, therapies, and outdoor learning
* Adapting support to meet individual needs and encouraging independence
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN is essential
* A compassionate and proactive approach to supporting learning and development
* Flexibility and a positive attitude
* Additional training such as Team Teach, Hoist, and Moving & Handling is highly beneficial
