Responsibilities

* Maintain top-tier customer service and a welcoming, inclusive vibe
* Organise events, workshops, and competitions
* Keep an eye on budgets, stock, and site performance
* Help drive growth through community engagement and innovative ideas
* Lead in a dynamic, hands-on environment with proactive problem-solving
Qualifications & Skills
* Experience in team leadership or management (bonus if in the leisure or climbing sector)
* Love climbing or the outdoors and want to share that passion with others
* Organised, proactive, and great with people
