The Position
Setting the standard, creating the structure and leading the change, you’ll help the agency grow with confidence, looking to drive profitability by diving in deep with clients and sharpening the agency’s commerciality and creativity.
Leading two Account Directors and two Account Managers, you’ll have the opportunity to really set the tone for how client services show up across the business, challenging and supporting your team of four in equal measure.
Working closely with a range of decision makers, you’ll communicate with clarity. Confident in your ability to build trust when talking value and pricing, you’ll lift the level of client conversations by tackling problems head-on and bringing a real sense of maturity and resilience to the table.
What We’re Looking For
You’ve grown global clients before – not just delivering work, but building deep, long-lasting partnerships that drive revenue. You’ve led a client services team through change, and you know what good looks like and exactly how to get there.
We want to know all about your deep understanding of brand agency life, your leadership style, your client development strategies and how you guarantee meaningful and impactful growth for both your team and your clients.
Commercially confident, proactive and ambitious, you’re ready to shape the future of this agency, more than comfortable in senior rooms and bringing your point of view on how AI and other shifts in the industry are changing the game.
