This respected offshore law firm is looking for an experienced corporate lawyer to work closely with some of the island’s leading lawyers as part of a small, collegiate team. Advising on high-value and complex cross border work, you will take on a busy practice that spans mainstream corporate including M&A, private equity and joint ventures, but which also offers exposure to banking and finance and some corporate insurance matters. Requirements Overseas qualified lawyers must be admitted in the UK or an equivalent Commonwealth jurisdiction (such as Australia, New Zealand, Canada or South Africa). Likely to suit someone with 5-8 years’ PQE (minimum 3 years’ PQE required for work permit). Strong general corporate, M&A, private equity, or funds experience gained with a leading City/International or equivalent firm. Package Salary negotiable depending on experience (expected to be in the range of $150k-$200k p/a with a low tax-rate). Comprehensive benefits and bonus.
