Rise10 Recruitment are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join an innovative and fast-growing fintech company.
This role is perfect for someone with a passion for excellent customer service, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated to make an impact in a growth sector.
As a Customer Services Executive, you will be responsible for onboarding and training new customers, supporting them in using the company’s payment platform, and helping them make the most of the solutions offered. You will manage all aspects of the customer relationship, provide guidance, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
This role also involves identifying ways to continuously improve the customer journey, handling customer administration, operational and support queries, and assisting the sales team with high-quality customer support.
Responsibilities:
* Onboard new customers and provide training on the platform
* Arrange calls and online demos to showcase products
* Create and maintain support documentation and sales collateral
* Manage billing and support queries efficiently
* Analyse customer data to identify trends and improvement areas
* Collaborate across teams to enhance the overall customer experience
* Provide exceptional customer support and contribute to a high-performing team
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong experience in customer service or support roles
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Proficient with MS Office, Google Suite, CRM systems, and ticketing tools
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong client-facing communication and telephone skills
* Experience in business operations, administration, or a small team environment is a plus
* Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow
