The role
*Overview*
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Senior Beauty Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for enhancing clients’ natural beauty and delivering exceptional service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your expertise in a reputable salon environment, providing personalised treatments that meet clients’ individual needs.
We may also consider renting the romm on a self employed basis.
*Responsibilities*
* Perform a wide range of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and specialised skincare procedures
* Apply makeup for various occasions, ensuring colour matching and application techniques are flawless
* Deliver personalised consultations to understand clients’ preferences and recommend suitable treatments
* Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations
* Provide excellent customer service by building rapport and ensuring client satisfaction
* Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, products, and industry developments
* Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimise client flow and minimise waiting times
*Experience*
* Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist with a strong portfolio of treatments performed
* Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly explain treatment procedures and aftercare advice
* Demonstrated expertise in makeup application for various skin tones and styles
* Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanour
* Previous experience mentoring or supervising junior staff is desirable but not essential
* A recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent is required

Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
