Are you an Administrator looking for a role where your work truly makes a difference? This is an exciting opportunity to join Sirona care & health as part of our Quality, Safety, and Security Team (QSST). As a key member of the QSST Administration Team, you will provide essential support to our Directors of Nursing & Allied Health Professionals and the wider Senior Leadership Team, helping us achieve our shared goal of delivering safe, high-quality care across all our services.
You will play a pivotal role in:
* Providing high-quality business administration and PA support to senior leaders
* Coordinating diaries, meetings, and events
* Preparing reports, documents, and correspondence
* Managing project administration and collating key data
* Building relationships with colleagues, partner organisations, commissioners, and service users
* Leading and supporting the QSST administrative team
You\u2019ll also have oversight across a range of functions, including Patient Safety, Quality Improvement, Patient Experience, Safeguarding, Infection Prevention & Control, and Health & Safety.
