Steadman Hub has partnered with an global tech organisation who are looking for a HubSpot CRM Manager on a full time 6-month contract (day-rate & outside IR35) to optimise and scale their HubSpot ecosystem. This is focused on delivering improvements across marketing, sales, and operations through better CRM utilisation.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll take ownership of HubSpot across the full lifecycle - from auditing the current setup through to implementing automation, improving data quality, and enabling better reporting. This role is ideal for a hands-on HubSpot expert who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building scalable, high-performing CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the optimisation and ongoing management of the HubSpot platform
* Audit existing CRM setup and implement improvements across Marketing and Sales Hubs
* Design and deploy automation workflows to streamline processes and improve efficiency
* Build dashboards, reporting frameworks, and segmentation strategies to drive data-led decisions
Experience and Qualifications
* Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM optimisation in a commercial/tech environment
* Deep knowledge of HubSpot Marketing, Service, and Sales Hubs (Data Hub experience beneficial)
* Proven ability to build automation, reporting, and scalable CRM processes
* Experience integrating HubSpot with third-party tools (e.g., APIs, Zapier, or similar platforms)
