They are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive Operations Executive to join their dynamic team.
Role Summary
As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of our client's accommodation portfolio. You will ensure their properties are maintained to a high standard, coordinate housekeeping and maintenance, manage supplier relationships, and contribute to delivering a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate daily operations across multiple serviced accommodation units.
2. Schedule and oversee management of compliance, operations, and maintenance teams.
3. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
4. Monitor and manage inventory levels (linen, toiletries, consumables, etc.).
5. Assist with guest check-ins/check-outs and resolve on-site issues promptly.
6. Liaise with external suppliers and contractors for repairs, compliance, and servicing.
