* Representing Places Leisure
* Leading a team to ensure efficient day‑to‑day running of the centre through a clear focus on people, safety, service and standards
* Delivering exceptional ski lessons to visitors covering a wide range of ages and abilities
* Acting as a mentor to our trainee instructors and recreation assistants as required
* Assisting in the delivery of our annual Maintenance Plan
* Working flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays

More About You
* Brilliant conversationalist who develops excellent relationships with new and existing customers
* Demonstrate a proven track record in delivering Snowsports lessons to all levels and ages
* Hold an up‑to‑date recognised Snowsports Instructor qualification
* Have a passion for delivering safe and enjoyable sessions to aid our customers' learning journey
* Understand the importance of and deliver great customer service
* Have a flexible approach to working patterns in a 7‑day‑a‑week business (including evenings and weekends)
* As a Duty Manager you will become one of our registered first aiders; therefore first aid experience would set you apart from other candidates
Essential
Minimum of a UK Snowsports Level 1 Ski Instructor qualification and an up‑to‑date First Aid Qualification.
