An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join their European headquarters. This is a key position supporting the smooth running of a busy rental and sales office.
Role & Responsibilities
You will provide essential administrative and sales support, ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the office. Key responsibilities include:
* Responding promptly to internal and external enquiries
* Producing reports and maintaining accurate sales data
* Updating CRM systems and internal records
* Coordinating with accounts, warehouse, and returns teams
* Supporting the preparation of sales documentation and client interactions
* Attending meetings alongside senior leadership
* Assisting with internal projects, training, and process improvements
* Maintaining organised and accurate documentation across the sales function
About You
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Able to manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Proactive, reliable, and flexible in approach
* A confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
* Experienced in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
* Discreet and professional when handling confidential information
* Motivated to learn, develop, and support wider team success
Experience within the film, television industry would be advantageous, but is not essential.
