Overview
We are looking to appoint a highly skilled and proactive AV and Events Manager to support and oversee the audio‑visual (AV) needs across our four schools in West London. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on technical expertise in AV systems, be a natural problem‑solver, and possess the ability to coordinate with internal teams and third‑party contractors to deliver exceptional concerts, events, and productions. This is a dynamic role requiring both technical proficiency and the ability to manage and execute large‑scale events and productions, with a high level of technical knowledge and outstanding team working skills.
Scope
You will be part of the Technical Services Team, that delivers an IT and AV service to the four schools of the Twyford Church of England Trust - Twyford CE High School (Acton), William Perkin CE High School (Greenford), Ada Lovelace CE High School (Ealing) and Ealing Fields High School (Ealing).
Working Hours
The working week is 35 hours. Core hours of work are 7:30am – 3:30pm with a one‑hour break, plus time off in lieu for evening events, lettings and weekend working as required, with accumulated hours taken off during school holidays. Hours of work as arranged with the Director of Technical Services.
