The Dean Trust seeks a dedicated Assessment Support team member to assist the Assessment Lead in managing assessment, recording, reporting, data retrieval, and analysis across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. The role aims to leverage data to support school improvement and student success, aligning with the school's vision of fostering self-belief, achievement, and life success.

Ideal candidates will possess:
* A good educational background, including GCSE Mathematics and English Language A*-C or equivalent
* Experience working independently and in teams, managing workloads, and meeting deadlines
* Experience producing accurate reports and working in similar roles
* Knowledge of school data and performance tables
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Effective communication skills
* Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
* Flexibility and independence in a busy environment
* Excellent timekeeping and attendance
