We are looking for a compassionate and committed Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a pupil who requires additional support. This role offers the chance to build a strong, positive relationship with a child and help them grow in confidence, independence, and learning. You will be supporting a student with needs such as ADHD, ASD, and social, emotional, and behavioural challenges. Working alongside the SENCO and teaching staff, you will ensure the support provided is consistent, tailored, and impactful.
