? The Role
As a Global Benefits Specialist, you will:
* Manage day-to-day benefits administration across multiple international offices.
* Partner with the Comp & Benefits Director and Benefits Manager to design, implement, and benchmark competitive benefit programmes.
* Act as a subject matter expert, ensuring offerings remain attractive across diverse markets.
* Support enrolment, employee queries, and global initiatives while maintaining compliance.
* Report directly to the Senior Director of Compensation & Benefits.
?? What We're Looking For
* Bilingual in English plus French, Italian, or Spanish.
* Proven international benefits experience (experience in France highly desirable).
* Strong knowledge of global HR/benefits practices, with ability to work across multiple regions.
* Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
