Order Processing Specialist Pay rate and Shift: £14.68 per hour Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:00 38.75 per week, full time Location: Horsham RH12 Onsite Order Processing Specialist Responsibilities: Accurately create and approve orders in the Global Project Management System Ensure all orders and associated documentation are correct and complete Use internal systems confidently and efficiently Ensure both internal and external client expectations are met Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and complete relevant training/refresher programmes Achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Maintain high housekeeping and organisation standards in your work area Communicate effectively with other departments to resolve queries and support smooth workflow Identify and suggest process improvements to support business objectives Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required by the Line Manager Order Processing Specialist Requirements: GCSEs or equivalent (including English and Mathematics) or equivalent experience Computer literate Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Experience working in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment Experience within an operational / production / laboratory environment If you want to join a friendly, fast-paced team and make a real difference as an Order Processing Specialist, apply now with Gi Group!
