We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer with a mechanical bias to join their large, high-performing facility working with state-of-the-art machinery alongside experienced Engineers. This is brand new position with the aim that this days specific Maintenance Engineer will help move the site from more reactive, to planned maintenance focus by taking the pressure off the shift Maintenance Engineers and completing interesting improvement and planned maintenance work. The Role As a Maintenance Engineer, you’ll work with a range of heavy-duty automated machinery including: Large mixers and slicers Conveyors, silos, and hoppers Kilns, hydraulics, and pneumatics systems Using a tablet system for job tracking, this role places a strong emphasis on mechanical maintenance and repair. You’ll also be working with hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, bearings, shafts, and chains. ...
