Why this role exists
Things are busy.. in a good way.
As we grow, we need someone who can take ownership of the day-to-day running of client accounts, within part-time hours. Someone who can keep things moving, keep clients informed, and make sure nothing gets dropped.
This role is here to create space for smarter thinking, freeing up senior time to focus on strategy, growth, and performance.
You won’t be expected to do everything, but what you do own, you’ll own properly.
The role
This is a hybrid role across Account Management and Project Management, designed for someone who enjoys keeping multiple moving parts organised and under control.
You’ll:
* Lead relationships with smaller-tier clients
* Support on larger accounts
* Coordinate delivery across SEO, PPC, Paid Social, and web development
* Keep communication clear, consistent, and proactive
This is a part-time role with real responsibility, success comes from being organised, focused, and proactive with your time.
What you’ll be doing
Keeping clients happy (and informed)
You’ll be the person clients rely on.
* Acting as their main point of contact
* Keeping them updated without needing to chase
* Managing expectations clearly and confidently
* Responding with solutions, not just answers
You’ll sit at the centre of delivery.
* Briefing internal teams and freelancers clearly
* Tracking progress and keeping work on schedule
* Prioritising effectively within your working hours
* Spotting issues early and keeping things moving
You don’t need to be ‘always on’ but you do need to be on it.
Thinking beyond the task list
* Understand what clients are trying to achieve
* Help guide them in the right direction
* Support a data-led, transparent approach
* Add value through thinking, not just doing
Working as one team
* Work closely with the Client Success Director
* Collaborate with SEO, Paid ads, and web specialists
* Help us improve how we work as we grow

* Experience working in an agency environment
* Exposure to marketing or digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social, web)
