About the Role
We are looking for Residential Support Workers to join a 3-bedded children's home in Erdington, supporting young people with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

What You'll Be Doing
Supporting young people with daily routines and activities
Building positive and trusting relationships
Always promoting safeguarding and wellbeing
Supporting behaviour management and emotional development
Encouraging independence and life skills
Taking part in fun activities, outings, and education support
Completing daily logs and reportsYou'll play a key role in ensuring a safe and nurturing home environment, where young people can thrive.
What We're Looking For
Experience working with children or young people
Ability to manage challenging behaviour calmly
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and sleep-ins
A genuine passion for supporting young peopleDesirable:
Level 3 in Children & Young People / Residential Childcare
Experience in EBD or residential care
Full UK driving licenceWhat You'll Get
