Chef de Partie – Quality Kitchen | Live-in Accommodation Available | Great Team Environment
We have an exciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes within our restaurant.
Working alongside a passionate brigade, you’ll help create menus that showcase fresh ingredients and great flavours, while maintaining the high standards our guests expect. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who enjoys working in a professional kitchen and wants to continue developing their skills in a supportive environment.

The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will confidently run your own section, ensuring dishes are prepared and presented to a consistently high standard. You’ll work closely with the senior chefs and the wider kitchen team to deliver smooth and efficient service.
What We’re Looking For

At least 6 months’ experience as a Chef de Partie, or a strong Commis Chef ready for the next step
*
A solid background in quality kitchens with a focus on fresh food
*
Passion for great ingredients and well-executed dishes
*
The ability to run a section confidently and work well under pressure
*
A positive team attitude and willingness to learn and grow
