WYSE London is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the Head of Marketing in delivering all marketing activity for the business, with a focus on ensuring the smooth running of assets and plans across digital and store channels. This will involve a close working relationship with the junior graphic designer, social content creator, e-commerce team, product team, store managers and external agencies.
This is a full-time role, with 4 days a week in the office at Shepherds Bush, with working from home on Fridays. Occasionally, evening and weekend support may be needed for store events, with time taken back in lieu.
Key Responsibilities
Email and SMS:
* Briefing, building, proofing and scheduling of daily emails in Klaviyo.
* Regular upkeep of imagery within automated flows in Klaviyo, Shopify and Attentive.
* Ensuring all emails are linked correctly and sent to the right customers, at the right time.
* Monitor competitor email campaigns to ensure our messaging remains current and competitive
* Brief the graphic designer on copy and messaging, ensuring all content is engaging, distinctive, and optimised for strong open and click-through rates.
* Develop and execute A/B tests to gain deeper insights into email performance.
Organic Social:
* Working closely with the Head of Marketing and the remote Content Creator to understand needs for Instagram
* Maintain the weekly social calendar
* tagging product on feeds,
* Coordinating samples needed to support content shoots and Instagram lives.
Paid Media Admin (paid social, paid search and affiliates):
* Taking regular insights from our paid media agencies
* Briefing assets to the junior graphic designer
* Handing over to agencies in a timely manner.
Store Marketing:
* Foster close relationships with store colleagues and managers, acting as their primary point of contact for marketing support.
* Maintain the store marketing calendar to support all store marketing needs, from planning store events to procuring monthly store posters to new store openings.
PR & Influencer Support:
* Working with the PR agency to lead management and tracking of sample requests and gifting, coordinating with the Buying team, stores and customer services.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with Wyse London brand ambassadors, providing support as required.
Brand & Content Planning:
* Working with the Head of Marketing and wider team to understand upcoming campaigns and product pushes.
* Take trade insights and product information and translate them into customer-facing messages and assets.
* Identify and develop brand partnerships, and manage social media competitions to drive engagement and awareness
Intern Management:
* Although not full line management, this role will be responsible for the guidance of interns within the marketing function.
Regular Reporting:
* Email performance, competitor performance, store and event wrap-ups.
Maintaining Creative Briefing Process
* Ensure the junior graphic designer is aware of and understands the requirements of regular design tasks.
Sample Sale Communication:
* Oversee email and social media communications related to sample sales.
* Collaborate with the office manager to ensure a seamless process and smooth execution on the day of the event.
Requirements
* At least 1 year's experience in ecommerce/retail marketing.
* A minimum of a basic understanding of social media platforms and Instagram analytics.
* A minimum of a basic understanding of paid media, e.g. social, search, and affiliate.
* An understanding of, and enthusiasm for, the fashion retail landscape.
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
* Ability to develop relationships and communicate with internal and external teams and contacts.
* Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Google tools.
* Flexible and enthusiastic, with the willingness to get involved in multiple areas of marketing.
* Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar CRM/email systems will be beneficial.
* Experience in fashion is beneficial
