We currently have a new opportunity for a dynamic and flexible Associate Teacher to support our staff and students by delivering lessons and supervision.
Job overview
You will be providing cover supervision and in-class support for various learning activities. Assisting with lunchtime supervision, after-school, and break duties as part of the rota. Offering after-school enrichment activities and assisting with the House tutorial programme as a co-tutor.
The right candidate will have:
* Experience of working with students in an educational or service environment
* At least 5 GCSEs, Post 16+ higher qualifications
* Strong communication skills and the ability to manage classroom behaviour and maintain focus
* Ability to prioritize and plan workload, deliver lesson content effectively, and identify opportunities for additional support where needed
