Renault Truck Commercials based in Faversham Kent, is recruiting for a customer service driven Parts Delivery Driver who will provide a standard of service to customers that will promote the profitable sale of Parts and Accessories.
Overview of duties:
Vehicle Parts/ Parts store experience will be preferred as this role will also require some additional routines of sorting and handling parts at the beginning of shift.
To maintain high levels of customer service, by responding promptly to customer queries
Ensure correct orders are loaded for customer delivery
Ensure awareness of reasoning behind any shortfalls on delivery and remedial actions proposed
Assist in the pick and load of customer orders for delivery
Deliver parts to customers within the geographical area on a timely basis..
Promote sales of parts at all times
Support parts department as required during holiday, sickness and training periods.
Requirements:
Full UK Manual Driving Licence – maximum 3 points
Experience of a customer service driven delivery role with excellent communication skills
Experience within a Parts/Parts store position and stock control
Fit and Healthy to lift heavy parts following the manual handling guidelines
Computer savvy to be able to work on in house systems and outlook emails
Good organisational skills
