The General Manager will act as the driving force behind the guest experience, ensuring every detail, from arrival to departure, is executed flawlessly. This individual will lead a large, multidisciplinary team, instilling a culture of excellence, discretion, and intuitive service.

Requirements
* Proven experience as a General Manager or Hotel Director within ultra‑luxury hospitality
* Background in leading complex, multi‑outlet or estate‑style operations
* Exceptional leadership presence with a hands‑on, detail‑driven approach
* Experience managing high‑net‑worth or UHNW clientele with discretion
* Commercially astute with strong financial and operational acumen
* A natural host with an instinct for elevated, personalised service
