This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a small, friendly, busy office and enjoys interacting with customers over the phone.
Responsibilities:
Handling incoming calls & Customer enquiries
Processing Sales Orders / Emails
Sign off on paperwork
Using 'Waste Logics' system - in-house system - full training given
Maintaining accurate records
Liaison with the Business sites to organise collections and deliveriesQualifications & Skills:
Previous administration & office-based experience is essential
Strong IT skills needed and the willingness to learn new systems within the Business
Excellent organisation, attention to detail and time management skills
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skillsHours:
Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30
