Key Responsibilities of SEN Teacher:
* Deliver personalised and engaging lessons tailored to a range of SEN needs.
* Foster a supportive, structured, and inclusive learning environment.
* Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and parents/carers.
* Monitor student progress and adapt teaching plans to meet individual targets.
* Promote independence, confidence, and social/emotional development.
Requirements for SEN Teacher:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience working with pupils with SEND (e.g., ASD, SEMH, MLD, PMLD).
* Strong behaviour management skills and a nurturing approach.
* Excellent communication, patience, and adaptability.
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
