THE ROLE:
* Supervise recruitment projects with a specialization in Accounting and Finance.
* Responsible for the entire recruitment process including advertising roles, candidate selection, and finalizing the agreement between employer and new recruit.
* Continuous business development with the acquisition of new customers.
* Designing Search Plans, Mapping, and Headhunting.
* Interviewing candidates and assisting in the preparation of interviews while assessing applicants’ soft skills and aptitudes.
* Search for qualified professionals and approach them directly.
YOUR PROFILE
* 1-2 years of minimum 360' recruitment experience.
* Proven knowledge of current market trends in recruitment.
* Excellent communication skills with an advanced level of English (both verbal and written).
* Proactive, confident, and outgoing personality.
* High level of self-motivation and stamina.
* Teamwork and international mindset.
