Level 1: Up to £75,000 | Level 2: Up to £85,000 + Bonus + Equity

Already operating at global scale, the company is now investing heavily in greenfield development, including the creation of a next-generation payment platform to support its expanding international operations.
At the heart of this evolution is the adoption of agentic AI, enabling smarter automation, enhanced decision-making, and more intelligent, adaptive systems across their platform.
They’re now hiring two Senior Software Engineers to play a critical role in this journey:
- Senior Software Engineer (Level 1) – up to £75k
- Senior Software Engineer (Level 2) – up to £85k
This is a unique opportunity to combine cutting-edge AI, fintech innovation, and large-scale engineering, all while helping shape brand-new systems from the ground up.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll help design, build, and scale the next generation of the platform:
- Engineer greenfield solutions, including a brand-new global payments platform
- Work on systems leveraging agentic AI for automation and optimisation
- Design and deliver scalable, high-performance applications end-to-end
- ️ Contribute across the full stack using modern frameworks and cloud technologies
- Tackle complex challenges across distributed, high-volume systems
- Drive improvements in performance, scalability, and resilience
- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver impactful features
- Support and mentor other engineers (particularly at Level 2)
- Influence technical direction and architecture decisions
Tech Environment
You’ll be working within a modern, cloud-first ecosystem:
- React
- C# / ASP.NET
- SQL
- Azure
- Distributed systems & scalable architecture
- Exposure to AI-driven / agent-based systems
What They’re Looking For
- Strong experience building scalable, production-grade applications
- Comfortable working across the full stack
- Experience or interest in AI-driven systems or intelligent automation
- Ability to take ownership and deliver autonomously
- A problem-solving mindset with a focus on quality and performance
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Leadership and mentoring experience (especially for Level 2)
