Connected Health is recruiting a highly proficient, ambitious, and caring Registered Manager to operate within an innovative care environment, managing, developing, and growing our Supported Living service.

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Supporting service users towards independence with personalized support, working closely with Live Connected partners.
* Ensuring health and safety compliance for staff and clients, adhering to policies and procedures.
* Line management of staff, safeguarding, and compliance with RQIA standards.
* Promoting the Live Connected brand and generating new client enquiries.
* Managing supported living services to meet clients' needs and choices.
* Working with managers and trainers to maintain a skilled workforce, reviewing training matrices, and ensuring compliance.
* Conducting regular visits to services to ensure compliance standards are met.
* Monitoring KPIs and reporting statistics to the Director.
* Managing administrative procedures, including rota planning and medication management, and completing annual service evaluations.
* Supporting staff to meet business growth needs.
Essential Criteria:
* NVQ level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care or working towards it.
* At least three years' experience in health and social care, supporting individuals with mental health, learning disabilities, or complex needs, including one year in a supervisory role.
* Experience with supported living and working closely with regulatory bodies like RQIA.
* Driver with access to own car.
Desirable Criteria:
* Knowledge of the domiciliary care industry.

* Proficient in MS Office and computer systems.
* Self-motivated, flexible, and willing to participate in an out-of-hours on-call system.
