Trainee Project Planner
The ideal candidate will have active SC Clearance or be eligible to undergo SC Clearance.

You will support Project Planning activities within a delivery environment, collaborating with like-minded individuals to solve complex problems in the nuclear and infrastructure sectors.
As part of the programme, you will receive tools, experience, and training to develop your skills in project, programme, and portfolio management (P3M). Training will include project management, planning and controls, Primavera (planning/scheduling tool), and Excel. Soft skills such as negotiation, presentation, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution will also be covered through scenario-based workshops.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities include:
* Implementing and maintaining project structures
* Developing and maintaining the integrated project schedule
* Aligning scheduling tools with financial and material demand tools
* Providing regular status updates and schedule analysis
* Creating resource/cost-loaded schedules for financial and project status reporting
Minimum criteria for applicants:
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with confidence in engaging with stakeholders at all levels
* Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
* Forward-thinking to preempt potential issues
* Commitment to high-quality work and learning
* Experience in a delivery-focused environment within engineering, project, or construction management
