A growing boutique consultancy, specialising in HTA strategy and Market Access, is looking to appoint talent at Senior Consultant through to Director level.
They have built a strong reputation supporting pharma and biotech clients on complex HTA submissions, payer strategy, and reimbursement challenges. Operating with a lean structure, the team offers early ownership, strategic input, and direct client exposure.
The Opportunity
* NICE submissions and UK/EU HTA processes
* Global payer strategy and evidence planning
* Development of value propositions and access strategy
* Strategic input across the product lifecycle
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support HTA strategy development for UK and global markets
* Contribute to NICE submissions, value dossiers, and reimbursement materials
* Develop payer evidence strategies and access roadmaps
* Advise on pricing, reimbursement, and market entry strategy
* Translate evidence into clear value communication
* Manage client relationships and project delivery
* Lead projects and mentor team members (senior level)
What They’re Looking For
* Experience in HTA, Market Access, or payer strategy
* Exposure to NICE submissions and global HTA processes
* Experience developing value dossiers and access strategy
* Background in consultancy, pharma, or advisory
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Project and client management experience
* Leadership and business development experience (Director level)
