With sites across the UK, this growing hospitality business is recognised for their professional operation and market leading service. Our client is looking for a Estates Manager to join their fantastic team.
So what does this role involve?
As a Estates Manager you will be responsible for protecting and enhancing the Company’s property asset as well as delivering a successful investment programme in line with agreed targets. This is a field based role and you will need to have had exposure to overseeing a number of sites.
You will be expected to:
* Oversee the estate, ensuring consistent, coordinated management.
* Liaise with legal, finance and property teams on lease renewals, rent reviews, dilapidations and surveys.
* Maintain asset management plans and ensure full compliance with Landlord / Tenant and all regulatory requirements.
* Offering guidance and advice, you will influence business development whilst protecting the asset to maximise property value.
* Manage supplier relationships and new relationships to ensure an effective, high level of customer service and value for money.
* You will provide property expertise and advice to key stakeholders within the company through regular updates and reviews.
