At Hotel du Vin, fifty percent of all revenue comes from catering sales. Our kitchens can be busier than many local restaurants, providing our chef brigades with excellent opportunities to develop new skills, work under pressure, and handle diverse produce.
We offer in-house on-the-job training and collaborate with our training provider to offer nationally recognized apprenticeships. Many of our Head Chefs have been promoted from within, starting as kitchen porters or at other entry levels.
As a Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in maintaining brand standards and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. Ideally, you will have experience at this level and be capable of developing and leading the team beneath you.
