You will play a vital part in the school's house system, helping to promote a positive culture and ensuring students feel supported, valued, and ready to learn. The Role: Support the House Lead in managing student welfare, behaviour, and engagement Build strong relationships with students across all year groups Provide early intervention for attendance, emotional needs, and behaviour concerns Focus on supporting KS5 students with attendance, wellbeing, and daily engagement Collaborate with teaching staff, safeguarding teams, and parents/carers Lead small-group mentoring on resilience, wellbeing, and motivation Assist with house events, celebrations, and enrichment activities Maintain accurate pastoral records and logs About You: Experience in pastoral, youth work, behaviour support, or student services Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with young people Calm, professional, and confident when handling challenging situations Well-organised and proactive with good attention to detail Passionate about supporting young people and promoting wellbeing Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply) Why Work With Tradewind Recruitment?
