Our client is a multi-disciplined building services / compliance outfit, with a growing client portfolio and highly successful Legionella / Water Hygiene department. They are recruiting for a qualified and knowledgeable Legionella Risk Asessor, who can hit the ground running and will bring a wealth of existing hands-on experience. You will be expected to be self-suffient on site and comfortable liaising with clients directly, in addition to managing your own workload. Experience / Qualifications:-Strong track record working as a Legionella Risk Assessor-Will hold the City and Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessing-Robust industry knowledge, including ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines-Will ideally have experience working in line with HTM 0301 guidelines-Excellent communication skills-Good literacy and numeracy skill level-Proficient in using IT software
The Role:-Conducting legionella risk assessments on domestic hot and cold water systems and Cooling Towers-Producing detailed risk assessment reports to highlight any found risks-Making appropriate recommendations for remedial works-Being a key point of contact for clients, answering any technical or logistical queries-Ad-hoc water sampling and temperature monitoring-Working to agreed deadlines and personal targets-Maintaining high levels of service standards-Travelling in line with company needs
