Contract: Full-time – maternity cover with a possibility of extension
Pay: Competitive daily rate (£130–£235/day inclusive of 12.07% holiday pay)

Role Overview
* Lead a Year 1 class, planning and delivering inclusive lessons aligned with the Primary National Curriculum.
* Monitor and assess progress, ensuring all pupils work towards key stage targets.
* Foster a positive classroom atmosphere using effective behaviour management.
* Collaborate with colleagues, senior leadership, and parents.
* Maintain accurate pupil records per school policy.

What We’re Looking For
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✅ Experience teaching in KS1 – Year 1 experience preferred
✅ Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
✅ Effective communication with pupils, parents, and staff
✅ Passion for both academic development and pastoral care
