Requirements
* 3+ years’ experience in B2B event or project management, ideally within tech or SaaS
* A proven ability to take full ownership of global trade shows, conferences, and corporate events from concept through to delivery
* Strong organisational and project management skills, with exceptional attention to detail
* The ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and remain calm under pressure
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with confidence engaging a wide range of stakeholders
* Experience using CRM and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Teams or GoTo
* An analytical mindset and the ability to measure, understand, and communicate event ROI
* A proactive, hands‑on approach, with the resilience and problem‑solving ability to keep things moving in a dynamic environment
* (Desirable) Experience curating immersive or experiential event concepts that enhance attendee engagement
* (Desirable) Experience with tools like WordPress, Figma, or Canva
* (Desirable) Understanding of brand experience and creative event design
What the job involves
* We’re looking for a dynamic and highly organized Global Events Manager to lead the planning, and execution of Attensi’s events globally. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional in‑person and virtual experiences that bring our brand to life, engage our global audience, and support our sales organization with high‑quality leads. You’ll work cross‑functionally with teams in the UK, US, and Norway to create seamless, impactful events that align with our company goals and values
* Event Planning: Own the end‑to‑end delivery of Attensi’s global events strategy – including internal and external events, both in‑person and virtual
* Execution & Logistics: Plan and manage all aspects of event operations, including logistics, budgets, timelines, vendors, on‑site delivery, and post‑event evaluation — in collaboration with local teams across regions
* Budget Management: Align event budgets with business goals and ensure cost-effective execution
* Vendor Coordination: Source, negotiate, and manage external partners, suppliers, and venues
* Performance Analysis: Track and report on event performance metrics such as ROI, attendee engagement, lead quality, and pipeline impact
* Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Brand, Content, and Creative teams to ensure each event reflects Attensi’s tone, identity, and messaging
* Financial & Legal Alignment: Coordinate with Finance and Legal teams on contracts, payments, and compliance for all event‑related activities
