Private Client Fee Earner – Huddersfield | Hybrid working
A respected Yorkshire law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Fee Earner to join its established Huddersfield team. This is a strong opportunity to handle good-quality work within a supportive environment, with hybrid working available.
The role
You’ll manage your own private client caseload (with support where needed), typically including:
1. Wills and estate planning
2. Lasting Powers of Attorney
3. Probate and estate administration
4. Trusts (depending on experience)
5. Advising clients clearly and sensitively, maintaining excellent service throughout
What they’re looking for
6. Private Client fee-earning experience (Solicitor, Legal Executive or equivalent)
7. Confident running your own files end-to-end – ideally at least 3 years
8. Strong drafting and attention to detail
9. Excellent client care and a practical, organised approach
10. Comfortable working as part of a team and contributing positively to a busy department
