We are expanding our Clinical & Therapy Team and are now recruiting for a Clinical Lead to help deliver meaningful, life-changing support within our homes.
The Role
The Clinical Lead will provide strategic, clinical, and operational leadership to SuperCare's therapy team across our children's residential homes. They will ensure that therapeutic practice is consistent, child-centred, trauma-informed, and aligned with regulatory standards.
The Clinical Lead will oversee clinical governance, supervise clinicians, shape therapeutic culture, and ensure that every young person receives high-quality, evidence-based support tailored to their needs.
Key Responsabilities Include:
Clinical Leadership & Practice Oversight - Provide leadership and direction across the therapy team (e.g., psychologists, therapists, specialists, etc).
Team Management & Professional Supervision - Line-manage and supervise therapists, including clinical supervision, performance reviews, and CPD planning.
Clinical Governance & Quality Assurance - Oversee documentation, case notes, clinical reports, and data integrity
Multidisciplinary & Inter-Agency Working - Attend and contribute to professionals' meetings, reviews, and case conferences.
Compliance, Policies & Reporting - Ensure compliance with legislation, Ofsted standards, and professional guidelines
What we're looking for:
Experience leading or supervising a clinical or therapeutic team (e.g., psychologists, therapists, counsellors, specialists).
Experience working within children's residential care, CAMHS, social care, or related multi-disciplinary environments.
Proven ability to deliver clinical assessments, care plans, and outcome-focused therapeutic interventions.
Experience with clinical governance, safeguarding procedures, and managing clinical risk.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, supervise, and develop clinicians.
