The PFI Hard services Manager will primarily be based on-site, supporting the Senior Manager in overseeing service delivery, ensuring contract compliance, and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, public sector clients, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Support on all technical facilities management matters affecting project agreements.
* Monitor hard services Facilities Management contractors and ensure compliance with H&S and statutory obligations.
* Manage lifecycle costs and project variations in collaboration with contractors.
* Assist with financial reporting, budgets, and preparing board reports.
* Ensure all contractual obligations are met, including internal and external assurance checks.
* Contribute to the development of operational policies and risk management.
Qualifications
* Degree or extensive experience in a technical field (FM/construction).
* Experience in healthcare contacts – hard FM technical.
* Knowledge of managing PFI projects in the operational phase.
* Experience with H&S regulations, lifecycle, variations, and insurance processes.
* Strong contract management and stakeholder relationship skills.
Benefits & Compensation
Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 + Competitive package (bonus, health care, etc.).
