About the role
The Implementation Consultant will be responsible for delivering implementation consultancy activities for Zellis’ customers on multiple aspects of their solutions or services delivery.
The Implementation Consultant will have significant experience in Zellis’ processes and solutions and must have excellent stakeholder management and client relationship skills. They will advise and work with customers to help them understand, implement, configure, or test best practices using Zellis’ solutions, and advise on industry-leading processes and operational service design. This role may lead delivery directly or work closely with the project or programme manager. They will also partner with customer stakeholders to support the achievement of delivery milestones on time, with high quality and within budget.
Key responsibilities include:
* Acting as a best practice advisor, coach, and subject matter expert on industry-leading processes and Zellis’ solutions and services, fostering a “One Team” approach to delivery, ensuring activities are delivered on time, with high quality, and within budget.
* Delivering implementation tasks according to the project plan and scope, following Zellis’ standard methodology.
* Managing, scheduling, and coordinating activities in partnership with the wider project team.
* Preparing, reviewing, and implementing deliverables as part of the delivery plan.
* Completing testing of deliverables to the highest quality standards and in line with acceptance criteria.
* Supporting the project manager in providing resources and support for each project phase.
* Anticipating and managing risks and issues, escalating as needed.
* Coaching junior consultants and maintaining personal development in Zellis’ products, services, and industry knowledge.
Skills & experience
* Experience delivering on small, non-complex implementation or managed services projects with small to medium employee volumes and budgets.
* Proficiency in relevant technical skills, including Zellis solutions, APIs, data migration, and payroll reconciliation.
* Ability to plan, schedule, and deliver work to meet objectives and KPIs.
* Strong collaboration, risk management, problem-solving, and initiative-taking skills.
* Commitment to personal development and mentoring others.
