Main Duties
As an office assistant, you’ll be at the heart of the operation, supporting both administrative and client-facing tasks.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Handling day-to-day enquiries and answering phones
2. Taking applicant details and matching them to property enquiries
3. Maintaining and updating databases, availability schedules, and property listings
4. Preparing property details and coordinating mailings
5. Liaising with solicitors to track legal progress on instructions
6. Organising team meetings and managing calendars
7. Scheduling appointments and marketing events
8. Coordinating signage and ensuring property boards are erected
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for the position will have the following attributes, preferably from a property management environment:
9. Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
10. Able to work independently and as part of a team
11. Willing to apany agents on viewings or open days if needed
12. Ideally interested in developing within the admin side of a property agency
