Job Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and effective lessons as a Year 2 Class Teacher
Plan, prepare and assess learning in line with the national curriculum
Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
Work collaboratively with colleagues across this 3-form entry setting
Contribute to the wider school community and extracurricular programme
Maintain strong communication with parents, carers and staff
Uphold the school's ethos as a committed Year 2 Class Teacher
This role is ideal for a motivated Year 2 Class Teacher who strives to inspire and support pupils every day.
Qualifications/Experience
Proven experience as a Year 2 Class Teacher or within KS1
Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
Right to work in the UK
QTS or Equivalent
Strong communication and organisational skills
A commitment to providing high-quality teaching and learning
A reflective practitioner eager to grow as a Year 2 Class Teacher
