API SDK technical writing developer experience documentation
We are seeking a Senior Technical Writer to enhance the developer experience within our Engagement Docs Team. This role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in Slovakia or the Czech Republic, with office spaces available in Bratislava and Brno. You will play a crucial role in organizing and maintaining knowledge about our product, documenting features, and creating business use cases to empower our clients to use our platform solutions independently. Your work will directly contribute to our clients' and platform's success, supporting our scalability and efficiency as a centralized source of truth. Compensation starts from EUR 2,000/month, adjusted based on expertise and skills, with additional benefits. You will report to the Knowledge Manager and VP of Product Insight and Design, driving a key strategic initiative across Product and Engineering, Support, Client Services, and Sales, helping shape Bloomreach's path to IPO.
Responsibilities
* Design a seamless developer experience by understanding developer objectives and proactively addressing their questions, leveraging AI solutions for meaningful outcomes.
* Manage technical knowledge by centralizing feature guides, developer guides, SDK, and API documentation.
* Collaborate with Product and Engineering, Support, Client Services, and Sales to enhance documentation based on strategic priorities and field feedback.
* Implement the highest documentation standards, driving communication excellence.
* Mentor and empower junior Docs team members to support Engagement product and company goals.
Requirements
* Drive and ambition to tackle new challenges and learn new skills.
* Excellent written command of English.
* Strong communication skills and a team player spirit, with the ability to communicate concisely and convincingly.
* Comfortable testing SDKs, APIs, and integration flows, with familiarity with developer tools such as Github and AI innovations.
