CONTENT WRITER ( HOMEWARE BRAND )

Our client a global homeware brand dedicated to creating functional and stylish products that enhance the home living experience are now looking to recruit an experienced Content Copywriter to join their creative team at their head offices in Manchester on a hybrid role. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years worked for a quality brand with a similar quality product. Retail, fashion, home, have experience writing offline and some of online marketing material and have worked closely with the offline marketing team, packaging graphic designer and product team.
Duties:
Responsible for crafting compelling and engaging content that resonates with brands audience. Contribute to elevating the brand's online/offline presence and storytelling, driving customer engagement and loyalty through compelling and informative content
• Develop and create high-quality, relevant content for various platforms, including website, blogs, social media, and marketing collateral, including in-store.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and target audience to enhance content strategy.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and incorporate fresh ideas into content creation.
• Content Engagement: Measure the audience engagement levels with published content.
• Content Accuracy: Assess the accuracy and relevancy of content through feedback and analytics.
• Project Timeliness: Ensure timely delivery of content projects.
Writing offline and some of online marketing material and working closely with the offline marketing team, packaging graphic designer and product team.
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of content writing for a successful quality brand either homeware/ fashion/ retail
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Creativity and ability to generate innovative ideas
• Excellent research skills to gather information on industry trends and competitors.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Microsoft Office suite
• Content Management systems (eg Word Press )
Worked closely with graphic designers, packaging and marketing teams
HOURS OF WORK:
36.25 hours per week
(Monday to Thursday 08:45 am – 5:00pm & Fri 8:45am – 3:00pm)
Hybrid - 3 days office +2 days WFH
HOLIDAYS: 25 days per year plus statutory bank holidays
