An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a Lincolnshire-based residential groundworks contractor. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, the company is expanding its commercial team and is seeking a motivated QS to support delivery across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities
* Maximise contract profitability across multiple projects
* Prepare and submit quotations for client variations
* Produce accurate monthly cost and value reports
* Maintain strong commercial controls throughout project lifecycles
* Identify and implement value engineering opportunities
* Carry out all standard commercial duties associated with the Quantity Surveyor role
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within residential groundworks
* Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
* Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
* Experience in value engineering
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
