Day to Day Duties
The day to day duties of a Purchase Ledger Clerk with our client will be:
* Manage financial aspects related to purchase transactions, including invoice processing, payment authorisation, and record keeping.
* Monitor and resolve all purchase ledger queries in a timely and efficient manner.
* Prepare and execute payment runs, ensuring supplier accounts are reconciled.
* Support month-end processes such as accruals and prepayments.
* Work closely with the wider accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
* Perform credit checks on potential suppliers and maintain existing supplier relationships.
Essential Skills
As a Purchase Ledger Clerk you must have:
1. Proven experience in a similar role.
