We are currently seeking a Kitchen Porter to join our exceptional culinary team at our luxury hotel in London. Reporting to the Head Chef and Executive Chef, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a great work ethic and a passion for maintaining the highest standards in kitchen operations.,
* Assisting the kitchen team in preparing and cleaning the kitchen areas before, during and after service.
* Operating pot-washing machinery and maintaining a hygienic working environment.
* Assisting the chefs and waiters as necessary.
* Checking chemical levels and inventory.
A positive, flexible attitude with the ability to work well in a team and independently.
* A strong understanding of hygiene and safety standards in a professional kitchen.
* Good time management and the ability to work under pressure.
* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential, we'll provide full training.
* Someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.
