Overview
We are seeking high-performing MBA and MSc candidates (Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related disciplines) for a 10–12 week Summer Internship within our Strategic & M&A Finance team.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the centre of value creation in a publicly listed global company, supporting senior leadership on strategic decision-making, capital allocation, and M&A activity. You will gain direct exposure to high-impact projects and play a meaningful role in shaping the company’s long-term growth agenda.

Responsibilities
What You Can Achieve and Your Responsibilities:
During this 10- or 12-week internship, you'll:
1. Support strategic decision-making: Build financial models and analyses to inform investment, M&A, and portfolio decisions.
2. Engage in M&A execution: Support deal evaluation, valuation, and business case development.
3. Support integration execution: Track synergy delivery and integration milestones, and support value capture initiatives.
4. Collaborate with senior stakeholders: Partner with finance leaders and cross-functional teams across strategy, operations, and integration workstreams.
5. Deliver executive-level outputs: Prepare and present insights to senior finance and business leadership.

Qualifications:
11. Currently pursuing an MBA or MSc in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
12. Prior experience in finance, consulting, banking, or corporate strategy is advantageous
We work in a hybrid model: Mon/Fri from home, Tues/Wed/Thu on site. We also work flexibly and have excellent on-site facilities, including a canteen, gym and free parking.
